I am a highly experienced Architectural Designer with over 25 years experience, much of which has been providing architectural support for planning consultants, which means I have an good understanding of the planning system.

I have also worked for a well known Lincolnshire based architectural firm and a number of small house builders.  In addition I have over 5 years experience of running my own company, previously Peter Welch Architectural Services.

Being able to meet the needs of my clients is my main focus however, both national and local planning policies need to be taken into account as these may significantly influence your proposals.  Planning is very complex and at times subjective.  Policies are constantly being reviewed and updated, and being aware of the changes helps me to help you.
